½ c. margarine
1 T. yeast
2 ¼ c. warm water
Dissolve yeast and margarine in warm water. Add remaining ingredients:
⅔ c. sugar
1 ½ t. salt
2 beaten eggs
⅓ c. powdered milk
⅓ c. potato flakes
Blend all ingredients. Add 6-7 c. bread flour. Knead 5 minutes in mixer or by hand.
Dough is quite sticky, but keep it that way. Let rise once, if you have time.
If not, put in greased tupperware bowl with lid and put in refrigerator overnight.
Take dough out of fridge about 2 hours before serving. Spray your counter with Pam.
Roll out dough into two large rectangles.
Sprinkle with 2 t. cinnamon mixed with ⅓ c. EACH white and brown sugar.
Roll up and slice with a knife. Let rolls rise about 2 hours, until double and warm.
Bake at 375* for 15 minutes. Frost with canned cream cheese frosting (Cake frosting, cream cheese flavor)
