CARROT CAKE

Mix together: 1 ½ c. salad oil + 4 eggs
Add: 2 c. flour
2 c sugar
2 t soda
2 t salt
2 t cinnamon
Fold in: 3 c. grated, raw carrots and 2 c. nuts

Bake at 350* for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Use a tube pan, grease well.
FROSTING:

Soften 6 oz cream cheese. Blend in ½ cube butter and 2 c. powdered sugar and 1 t. vanilla.
