LEMON BAR COOKIES

CRUST:
1 c. soft butter
Dash salt
½ c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
Mix well. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes. Cool.
FILLING:
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
¼ c. flour
6 T. fresh lemon juice

Combine flour and sugar. Mix in eggs and juice and beat well. 

Pour onto cooled crust. Bake at 350* for 25 min
