MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Spread about 2 c. crushed fritos in a shallow layer in a greased casserole dish.
Top with 2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey.
Top with the sauce, then 1 c. shredded cheese.
SAUCE:
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 T. diced green chilies
½ t. Minced onion
1 c. water or broth
½ c. sour cream
1 ½ c. cooked rice
Microwave for 10 minutes on high, then turn after 5 minutes. 

Serve with shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa, and chopped tomatoes or olives
