Mix 2 c. diced, cooked chicken with 1 ½ c. shredded mo-jack cheese
Add ⅓ c. of your favorite salsa. If you feel this is too dry, add some chicken broth to the mixture
BUtter one side of a flour tortilla. Put ⅓ c of chicken mixture inside tortilla and fold in half.
Brown on each side. Cut into fourths with a pizza cutter to serve.
You can add additional condiments when serving.
