2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced celery
½ c. slivered almonds
Mix 1 ½ c. mayonnaise (Kraft or Best Foods), 2 T. fresh lemon juice, ½ t. Salt, & 2 t. chopped green onion
Add chicken, rice, celery, and almonds. Top with 1 c. grated cheese and 1 c. crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
