CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

1 c. soft butter or butter flavored crisco
¾ c. brown sugar
¼ c. white sugar
1 small package vanilla instant pudding mix
2 eggs
Cream butter and sugars. Add dry pudding and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Add:
2 c. flour
1 t baking soda
1 t vanilla
1 c. oatmeal (pulverize in blender or food processor)
1 ½ c. milk chocolate chips
Chill dough for one hour. Drop by spoonfuls unto cookie sheet. 

Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes
