Make this in the fall when peaches are in season (it beats hauling out the old canner).
Freeze in pint jars or plastic containers.
When ready to eat, thaw just until the slushy stage, then add fresh fruit.
Serve as a fruit salad or dessert.
7 large ripe peaches, skinned and cut into large chunks
1 ½ c. orange juice
½ c. fresh lemon juice
1 ½ c. sugar (you can use less)
¾ c. crushed pineapple
