SNICKERDOODLES

1 c butter flavored crisco (or margarine)
1 ½ c. sugar
2 eggs
Beat until fluffy
Sift together and stir in:
2 ¾ c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. soda
¼ t. salt
Chill dough. Roll in balls. Roll in mixture of 2 t. Cinnamon mixed with ¼ c. sugar.

Bake at 400* for 8-10 min
