CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

You serve this over mashed potatoes.
Steam 4 chicken breasts in 2 c. water with a small amount of minced onion and lemon pepper.
Save broth. Bone and dice chicken. Set aside.
To Broth add 1 package dry chicken noodle soup mix, (campbells or knorr brand)
1 can cream of chicken soup mix, and about 2 cups water. If you like carrots or celery, add these too.
If soup is not thick enough, melt 2 T. margarine in a separate bowl. Add 2 T. flour and add to soup to thicken.

Add 1 T. paprika right before serving.
