SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE

Sift: 3 c. flour, 1 t. Salt, 1 t. Soda, 1 t. Baking powder
Beat: 1 ½ c. hot water, ½ c. oil, and 6 T. cocoa powder
Add: 2 ¾ c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 c. sour cream, 1 ½ t. Vanilla
Beat all ingredients together well.
Use greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 30-40 min.

Frosting: (makes enough for 2 cakes)
Beat 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 ½ c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 T. orange juice concentrate, & ½ t. vanilla.
Add one small tub of Cool Whip

You can also make this cake into 3 layers, with frosting in between each layer and on top.

Then frosting only covers one cake
