RANCH PRIMAVERA SALAD

Cook one package of colored rotelle pasta until “al dente.” Drain well. 
(Rinse the pasta with cold water after cooking and before adding other ingredients)
Stir in 3 T. vegetable oil or olive oil. Sprinkle on one package dry ranch dressing mix. 
Add 16 oz frozen vegetable medley (broccoli, carrots, caulifower).
You can also add a cup of diced cooked chicken or tuna or ham for a main dish salad. 

Chill for several hours.
