MEXICAN CAVIAR

Combine the following ingredients and chill overnight:
1 small can chopped ripe olives
1 can diced green chiles
2 tomatoes, seeded, peeled, and chopped
2 diced green onions
1 large avocado, diced and sprinkled with lemon juice
2 T. oil
2 T. wine vinegar
1 t. Pepper
Dash of season salt

Serve with scoop corn chips
