LOW FAT LEMON CHICKEN

Make up 2 pkgs of chicken flavor rice a roni or use 1 pkg of chicken flavor and 1 herb flavor
Use less margarine than called for, and just before starting to simmer,
 add ¼ c. fresh lemon juice and 2 c. cooked chicken.

Simmer as directed. I do not use both seasoning packets
